I joined Black Girls In Media (BGIM) for “Women Who Tell Our Stories”, a panel and mixer at The Gathering Spot Los Angeles. Led by HBO Strategist and BGIM Founder Tasha McCaskiel along with TV & Documentary Director Diamonde, Writer and On-Air Personality Sylvia Obell, and Host & Publicist Tallie Spencer.
About 50-60 women gathered for an evening of networking, connection and conversation including Non-Scripted TV Executive Dunia Rodriguez, Beauty Reporter and Author Darian Symone Harvin, Head of Publicity at EMPIRE Bria Fisher, Affirmation Artist Toni Jones, Producer & Director Maura Chanz, Model Nina Rodriguez among others.
